REMAKE ALERT: Lamberto Bava/Dario Argento "Demons"

Variety Reports: Regency Pictures, a division of Fox, are currently working on plans for a remake of the Lamberto Bava/Dario Argento flick, Demons. Writers Melissa Rosenberg (Twilght) and Tina Fey (Mean Girls, Saturday Night Live) are in talks with Regency Pictures to pen the script.  Clay Weiner (Fred The Movie) is in talks too direct.

Regency Pictures is looking to cast - young hip hot fresh actors. A rep for the studio said: We want the cast to look like they belong on a runway in paris.

Unfortunately the studio will be giving it a PG-13 cut when it does get released.
