Finally Rec 2 U.S. DVD:

REC] 2 Is On It's Way To DVD/Blu-Ray July 12th - Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Is Handling The Release. The disc will include deleted and extended scenes, behind-the-scenes featurettes, a walkthrough of the set, as well as Rec 2 on Tour and Sitges Film Festival featurettes.
