"I just finished a film called Excision which was submitted to the Sundance Film Festival, we'll see if it gets in," Lords said. "It's very dark and for Shock readers, it's horror, it's psychological horror. And there is definitely blood. It's about an incredibly disfuncational family and I'm the mommy in it. It gives a whole new meaning to Mommy Dearest."
The film also stars AnnaLynne McCord, Malcolm McDowell, Roger Bart and John Waters. Richard Bates, Jr. writes and directs based on his short film of the same name.
