The flick will land on DVD August 21 from Jinga Films and MVD Entertainment, and Ward tells Fango, “We are very excited about the release, and hope the legions of U.S. Giovanni Lombardo Radice fans really enjoy the movie. It’s a throwback to the gritty Italian action/crime thrillers of the late ’70s/’80s, and we don't hold back on the splatter! This will be the most complete release anywhere, with over two hours of extras—many never before released on home video.” These include:

• 80-minute making-of documentary (only a 23-minute version has been previously released, in the UK and France)
• “Casting a Legend” featurette, about the FX casting of Radice’s neck
• Deleted/extended scenes
• Photo gallery
