The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed: MTV has greenlighted 'SCREAM' the TV series and ordered a pilot episode... Dimension Films will be producing the pilot with MTV and, that Wes Craven is apparently (in discussions) to direct the pilot..
If the pilot episode is successful - MTV will give the series a full season order, the plan is to begin airing the series in summer 2014...
