Story: LA SLASHER is a satirical take on the horror genre set against the celebrity obsessed world of modern day Los Angeles. The Slasher hates what Hollywood has become, a place where fame trumps talent, and decides to take a stand. LA is plunged into a state of excited trepidation as the Slasher embarks on a trail of abduction and punishment, selecting each victim to support his social statement. Every step of his journey is broadcast online using the social media that created and maintains the fame of these ‘stars’ against them. Instead of being outraged, the public supports the Slasher, empathizing with his cause.
