7.1 U.S. Distribution For Robert Englund's 'The Last Showing':

Screen Media Films has picked up U.S. Distribution rights to Robert Englund's 'The Last Showing', the film is set to make it's way onto VOD in late September... DVD release TBA... The film Stars: Robert Englund, Finn Jones, Chris Geere, Malachi Kirby, Emily Berrington And Keith Allen - Written & Directed By: Phil Hawkins...

Just a few days ago we learned that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment had acquired UK distribution rights to the film..

Story: When a life-long projectionist (Robert Englund aka Freddy Krueger) is made redundant he looks to exact his vengeance on a generation that no longer requires his skills. He traps a couple inside his multiplex cinema and manipulates them into becoming characters in a horror film being captured by CCTV cameras...
