I'll believe it when I see it! After years of rumors, it appears there is some moment when it comes to the longggg talked about sequel to ZOMBIELAND. According to writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick 'Zombieland 2' will hit theaters October 19th, 2019 - ten years after the original film was released.
Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin have all signed on with director Ruben Fleischer returning to helm the project.
Plot: Through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, the Zombie slayers must face off against many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family...
Filming is set to begin in January 2019, with the flick being produced by Gavin Polone - Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick will executive produced.
