It appears Andrew Lincoln was not the only saying goodbye to The Walking Dead series Sunday night. According to reports episode, 5 was Lauren Cohan (as Maggie Greene) last episode as well, at least for the remainder of this season.
This doesn't mean Lauren Cohan will not return next season, but she has already signed on with ABC with a new series coming up. So if she does return I'm sure it will be in a limited capacity.
If you are wondering why Lauren Cohan left the series, money. AMC wouldn't pay up so she moved to another network.
Episode 6 of will air this Sunday on AMC, now 6 years later.
