Directed by Channing Lowe from a script he wrote with Aaron Peterson and Steve Darling, GROUND ZERO is about two pairs of “cleaners”—one professional and one amateur—who are assigned to dispose of a bunch of dead bodies in a warehouse. Unfortunately, a corpse they’ve already picked up is infected with a virus that causes it, and soon other stiffs, to come back to violent life. Shock-O-Rama Cinema releases the movie August 14; the DVD will present it in 16x9 widescreen with a making-of featurette, outtakes and trailer vault. Retail price is $19.98.
