My Thoughts On David Gordon Green's 'The Exorcist: Believer'

For the love god will someone please stop David Gordon Green from directing/writing anymore horror movies. You can add Danny McBride to that list as well. Allowing these two Bozo's to continue destroying the horror genre should be considered a crime act, so stop it! Anyways I finally watched 'The Exorcist: Believer' and it was just as bad as I knew it was going to be. Actually even worse. Of course just like every Hollywood movie that's being squirt out has to push a political narrative. The story was laughably, the acting was horrible even Ellen Burstyn was lackluster. Watching Believer was truly a horrible experience. 1 out of 10 Severed Thumbs..

Trivia: before William Friedkin the director of the original Exorcist passed away, the legendary director said to film critic Ed Whitfield 'Ed, the guy who made those new Halloween sequels is about to make one to my movie, The Exorcist (1973).

That's right, my signature film is about to be extended by the man who made Pineapple Express (2008). I don't want to be around when that happens. But if there's a spirit world, and I can come back, I plan to possess David Gordon Green and make his life a living hell.

'"Friedkin actually died two months before the movie was released".

Plot: When his daughter, Angela, and her friend Katherine, show signs of demonic possession, it unleashes a chain of events that forces single father Victor Fielding to confront the nadir of evil.

Terrified and desperate, he seeks out Chris MacNeil, the only person alive who's witnessed anything like it before...
