From Nightmare 3 and beyond the stories seem to be geared more towards children than horror fans. Wes Craven tried to make Freddy scary again with A New Nightmare but no most fans seem to reject that movie. 🤷🏻♂️ Hollywood did try to bring Freddy back with an ill fated remake.
To be honest I thought Jackie Earle Haley tried his best with the character but when you have absolutely nothing to work with your chances of success is less than zero 🤦🏻♂️ anyways
Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy has a runtime of 4 hours so I'm definitely looking forward to checking it out.
But needless to say the whole reason I purchased these two documentaries is because I'm a massive Friday The 13th fan. I have been since I watched the first movie when I was 8 years old.
Seen the second film in theaters when I was 10 years old. I've seen every Friday movie in theaters since part 2 and watched everyone of them on HBO, VHS, DVD and of course streaming hundreds of times over the years. These films never get old too me. Well I must admit I'm no fan of the remake and only seen it a hard full of times.
